Some store-bought brands that work well are Seventh Generation, Method, & Green Works. There’s a great list here:
http://green.yahoo.com/blog/the_conscious_consumer/60/affordable-nontoxic-cleaners-that-work.html
But you can also make nontoxic cleaners easily from stuff like baking soda, white vinegar, lemon juice, etc. Totally safe & eco-friendly, plus super cheap!

Just like grandma used to do

When you shop for green cleaning supplies always read the labels. Check to see if they consist of natural ingredients or not. Enviro-One, Simple Green, Seventh Generation, and Eco Concepts are some of my favorite brands. They all are non-toxic, biodegradable, and safer than traditional cleaning supplies.

Personally, I don’t think you need to buy into all that marketing and buy “green cleaning products: It’s greener ( and MUCH cheaper) to make your own. You just need baking soda and white vinegar, a spray bottle and some rags and you’re good to go! I also like to use tea tree oil and lavender essential oil as they both provide additional anti bacterial properties plus helps to hide the smell of the vinegar which some people don’t like. And, my favorite non-toxic soap is Dr Bronners, a great addition to any cleaning arsenal!
With these things (well, really just even the vinegar and baking soda) you can clean pretty much anything in your house including your toilet, shower, floors, grout, sink, furniture and carpets, and even your windows. Check out this person’s blog for some nice recipes and links to help get you started. http://ourlifeingeneral.com/2009/11/25/natural-cleaning-products-made-affordable/

Perhaps you need to search out an Amway Global Independent Business Owner. My wife. Nancy and I are IBOs. Ask them about the Legacy of Clean. This is a complete line of detergents, dishwashing liquids and other cleaning product that are environmentally friendly. No phosphates and no harsh chemicals to irritate your skin. Never tested on animals and now the best part…these products have the lowest cost per use we have ever used!
