Do you think that we can go green and expect the oil companies to be okay with this?
I have faith in them that they may jump on board and help us run with this green planet. I believe!!!!

When oil was in such an abundance the oil companies let the good times roll. Now that more people globally are using it it is bound to run out and lets get real. We click a mouse and have board meetings....What the heck are we still doing with combustible engines??? Don't you think all things need to be upgraded as well?

The oil companies are in high demand for a reason: there are no other viable alternatives.

going green seems quite an impossibility at the moment, given the number of technical hindrances present…. however even if that becomes a practical possibility, the powers that be are going to try to put a stop to it… there is too much invested in oil to forego!!!

the big oil companies are now getting into alternative fuels bigtime.
why so they can control them too.

if they also become the major source of alternative fuels then there is no competition and they still control the market and can continue to rip us off.
control of alternative fuels must be taken away from big oil.
to create free market competition.
you can see this with hydrogen
not that many years ago the companies used to burn off hydrogen sulfide gas at refineries.
now they remove the sulfur from hydrogen sulfide gas and sell it as high priced hydrogen fuel.
