Does anyone know if the government is offering tax cuts for buying “green” products?

I was just wondering because my company can install enviormentally friendly products in a persons home...but is the government doing anything to motivate the purchase of these products? What about flooring?

There is a deduction/tax credit for the purchase of energy saving things (storm window,doors, etc.)

The residential energy credit covers some items, like new doors and windows that meet certain standards.

there are certain items that qualify for a tax deduction. Off the top of my head, I know that certain water heaters and I believe solar panels. Also some types of cars.
