The history of global warming scare is of recent origin and the scare seems to have acquired alarming proportion in current times. First let us talk about what global warming scare means and how the bandwagon is reaching and acquiring new dimensions.

Global warming is a phenomenon attributed to man made factors. It is an hypothesis that increased levels of industrialization leads to enhanced levels of carbon di oxide in the atmosphere. The result is increased greenhouse effect and global warming. No wonder the phenomenon of rapid industrialization and growth is finding opponent in the form of environmentalist and green peace workers opposed to the whole concept of lopsided development.

Whether the global warming scare is real or a bogey of so called experts and doomsayers is open to debate and discussion for years together.

The history of global warming scare has been existence since the late 19th century and the earlier part of the twentieth century. However the concept was more of academic interest rather than any established scientific proof or evidence of the phenomenon. It was merely an idea, an easy way out to put the blame on human factors for global warming.

The climate changes effects have still not been scientifically proven. However the concept itself has great potential for an international initiative and today thanks to the overdrive of politicians and policy makers, the scare of global warming has achieved the centre stage in the world polity.

The Earth Summit, the Kyoto protocol and a host of other important decisions and meetings bear testimony to the increased attention the concept of global warming has been receiving during last one and a half decade.

No wonder the word is divided into different lobbies each trying to wriggle out and pursue and address its own vested interest in the field. The global warming phenomenon is said to be identified with increased energy consumption and high affluent emissions into the atmosphere. As USA is the highest energy consumer of the world, the cost of climate changes and global warming has been attributed to it the highest.

This way the developing economies are putting pressure on developed nations to pay for the environment damage. The generation and trading of carbon credits and increased share of emerging economies in having such credits is a phenomenon which has been witnessed in recent times.

The history of global warming scare bears a testimony of nations and leaders joining new hands and breaking long established partnerships to pursue their on interests. As people say that politics makes strange bedfellows and so does the pressure groups on global warming. It makes all the more important to keep a tab on what it happening in real world as you may be swayed by the extreme opinions available in the field.

Global Warming, as we think we know it, doesn?t exist. And I am not the only one trying to make people open up their eyes and see the truth. But few listen, despite the fact that I was one of the first Canadian Ph.Ds. in Climatology and I have an extensive background in climatology, especially the reconstruction of past climates and the impact of climate change on human history and the human condition. Few listen, even though I have a Ph.D, (Doctor of Science) from the University of London, England and was a climatology professor at the University of Winnipeg. For some reason (actually for many), the World is not listening. Here is why.

What would happen if tomorrow we were told that, after all, the Earth is flat? It would probably be the most important piece of news in the media and would generate a lot of debate. So why is it that when scientists who have studied the Global Warming phenomenon for years say that humans are not the cause nobody listens? Why does no one acknowledge that the Emperor has no clothes on?

Believe it or not, Global Warming is not due to human contribution of Carbon Dioxide (CO2). This in fact is the greatest deception in the history of science. We are wasting time, energy and trillions of dollars while creating unnecessary fear and consternation over an issue with no scientific justification. For example, Environment Canada brags about spending .7 billion in the last five years dealing with climate change almost all on propaganda trying to defend an indefensible scientific position while at the same time closing weather stations and failing to meet legislated pollution targets.

No sensible person seeks conflict, especially with governments, but if we don?t pursue the truth, we are lost as individuals and as a society. That is why I insist on saying that there is no evidence that we are, or could ever cause global climate change. And, recently, Yuri A. Izrael, Vice President of the United Nations sponsored Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) confirmed this statement. So how has the world come to believe that something is wrong?

Maybe for the same reason we believed, 30 years ago, that global cooling was the biggest threat: a matter of faith. ?It is a cold fact: the Global Cooling presents humankind with the most important social, political, and adaptive challenge we have had to deal with for ten thousand years. Your stake in the decisions we make concerning it is of ultimate importance; the survival of ourselves, our children, our species,? wrote Lowell Ponte in 1976.

I was as opposed to the threats of impending doom global cooling engendered as I am to the threats made about Global Warming. Let me stress I am not denying the phenomenon has occurred. The world has warmed since 1680, the nadir of a cool period called the Little Ice Age (LIA) that has generally continued to the present. These climate changes are well within natural variability and explained quite easily by changes in the sun. But there is nothing unusual going on.

Since I obtained my doctorate in climatology from the University of London, Queen Mary College, England my career has spanned two climate cycles. Temperatures declined from 1940 to 1980 and in the early 1970?s global cooling became the consensus. This proves that consensus is not a scientific fact. By the 1990?s temperatures appeared to have reversed and Global Warming became the consensus. It appears I?ll witness another cycle before retiring, as the major mechanisms and the global temperature trends now indicate a cooling.

No doubt passive acceptance yields less stress, fewer personal attacks and makes career progress easier. What I have experienced in my personal life during the last years makes me understand why most people choose not to speak out; job security and fear of reprisals. Even in University, where free speech and challenge to prevailing wisdoms are supposedly encouraged, academics remain silent.

I once received a three page letter that my lawyer defined as libellous, from an academic colleague, saying I had no right to say what I was saying, especially in public lectures. Sadly, my experience is that universities are the most dogmatic and oppressive places in our society. This becomes progressively worse as they receive more and more funding from governments that demand a particular viewpoint.

In another instance, I was accused by Canadian environmentalist David Suzuki of being paid by oil companies. That is a lie. Apparently he thinks if the fossil fuel companies pay you have an agenda. So if Greenpeace, Sierra Club or governments pay there is no agenda and only truth and enlightenment?

Personal attacks are difficult and shouldn?t occur in a debate in a civilized society. I can only consider them from what they imply. They usually indicate a person or group is losing the debate. In this case, they also indicate how political the entire Global Warming debate has become. Both underline the lack of or even contradictory nature of the evidence.

I am not alone in this journey against the prevalent myth. Several well-known names have also raised their voices. Michael Crichton, the scientist, writer and filmmaker is one of them. In his latest book, ?State of Fear? he takes time to explain, often in surprising detail, the flawed science behind Global Warming and other imagined environmental crises.

Another cry in the wildenerness is Richard Lindzen?s. He is an atmospheric physicist and a professor of meteorology at MIT, renowned for his research in dynamic meteorology – especially atmospheric waves. He is also a member of the National Academy of Sciences and has held positions at the University of Chicago, Harvard University and MIT. Linzen frequently speaks out against the notion that significant Global Warming is caused by humans. Yet nobody seems to listen.

I think it may be because most people don?t understand the scientific method which Thomas Kuhn so skilfully and briefly set out in his book ?The Structure of Scientific Revolutions.? A scientist makes certain assumptions and then produces a theory which is only as valid as the assumptions. The theory of Global Warming assumes that CO2 is an atmospheric greenhouse gas and as it increases temperatures rise. It was then theorized that since humans were producing more CO2 than before, the temperature would inevitably rise. The theory was accepted before testing had started, and effectively became a law.

As Lindzen said many years ago: ?the consensus was reached before the research had even begun.? Now, any scientist who dares to question the prevailing wisdom is marginalized and called a sceptic, when in fact they are simply being good scientists. This has reached frightening levels with these scientists now being called climate change denier with all the holocaust connotations of that word. The normal scientific method is effectively being thwarted.

Meanwhile, politicians are being listened to, even though most of them have no knowledge or understanding of science, especially the science of climate and climate change. Hence, they are in no position to question a policy on climate change when it threatens the entire planet. Moreover, using fear and creating hysteria makes it very difficult to make calm rational decisions about issues needing attention.

Until you have challenged the prevailing wisdom you have no idea how nasty people can be. Until you have re-examined any issue in an attempt to find out all the information, you cannot know how much misinformation exists in the supposed age of information.

I was greatly influenced several years ago by Aaron Wildavsky?s book ?Yes, but is it true?? The author taught political science at a New York University and realized how science was being influenced by and apparently misused by politics. He gave his graduate students an assignment to pursue the science behind a policy generated by a highly publicised environmental concern. To his and their surprise they found there was little scientific evidence, consensus and justification for the policy. You only realize the extent to which Wildavsky?s findings occur when you ask the question he posed. Wildavsky?s students did it in the safety of academia and with the excuse that it was an assignment. I have learned it is a difficult question to ask in the real world, however I firmly believe it is the most important question to ask if we are to advance in the right direction.

Are you also crazy about Globally Green Online and its effect on the planet? Today, stop global warming seems to be the need of the day. It is elevated time we noticed effects of industrialization on the earth. It is no harder to notice that global warming has been changing type of weather of the world. Large ice masses that initially decorated both the north and south poles are melting as a very fast speed. This shows warming is affecting us since the water levels will increase radically. Melting of ice masses will also mean changing in climatic circumstances all around the globe. Special effects of which will be hard for humans and animals alike.

You can stop global warming by Globally Green Online technique. It does not matter what your place of residence may be; however, you can add towards reforestation and help decrease green house gases and carbon dioxide considerably. You can also help in cooling the earth down considerably. Global warming is also the consequence of using relic fuels like petrol, diesel, CNG, etc. with industrialization there has been growth in number of car owners, this has made global warming faster. You can easily foil global warming and you should employ all those amenities provided to you deliberately by Globally Green Online. A little saving of water, fuel, electricity, etc per person can make a lot of disparity to our earth.

In order to stop global warming there are quite a few organizations which are operational actively so they can add to forests around the world. Globally Green Online is one among them. Increasing forests is a good and a positive option to solving this problem of global warming. It is factual that rain forests and hot forests around the planet are being cut down to complete demand for timber and paper, this is causing deforestation. A simple solution to this problem is replanting the trees that have been cut off and letting these grow back again naturally and using Globally Green Online These verdant green trees in the tropical rain forests have worked as lungs for the entire world for ages. Decrease in these forests will go faster the disaster brought in by global warming.

When a hurricane becomes more intense because of global warming and wipes out a city, the effects are obvious. Yet, there are some results of extreme events that are less apparent. These situations can change life in many ways.

Heat, of course, will be an important factor in global warming. There will be more days that are hot, higher daytime highs, and many lasting heat waves. This will affect people, animals, and the environment.

There will be more people who will die as a result of intense heat. Elderly people and poor people who cannot afford air conditioning will be most at risk. The people who do have air conditioning will run theirs more. The added energy use will increase global warming as more greenhouse gases are emitted into the air.

Farmers and ranchers will notice problems with their operations due to global warming. Crops will have a risk of being damaged by drought, flooding, or erosion. The uncertainty has always been a part of farming, but now, it will be even worse.

Farmers and ranchers will see that their livestock is suffering from the effects of global warming as well. Their food and water supplies will be in jeopardy, and storms will put them in danger of injury. Wildlife will be affected as habitats are changed.

Another effect of the higher temperatures caused by global warming is that tourism will make gradual shifts. A region that had the ideal temperature one year might be too hot the next. Then, tourists will move further north for their vacations.

The effects of higher daytime lows are mostly good. There will be fewer deaths related to cold weather, less reliance on fuels for heat, and some crops will benefit. The bad news is that other crops will suffer, and pests and diseases will flourish due to global warming.

As global warming gets worse, precipitation will become more intense. This will lead to floods, mudslides, landslides, and avalanches. Soil erosion will be a fact of life. At the same time, there will be increased risk of drought. This will lead to more forest fires. It will also limit the quantity and quality of the water supply.

Finally, the hurricanes intensified by global warming will have a great impact on the earth. People will be injured or killed in the storms themselves and others will die as a result of infectious diseases that come as a result of the mess of the clean-up.

Hurricanes also damage such natural wonders as coral reefs and mangroves. These are two ecosystems that will be disrupted if global warming is allowed to continue. The coast of any are with such hurricanes will be in bad shape. There will be coastal erosion, and the coastal infrastructure will be weakened.

The effects of extreme weather caused by global warming are tremendous. It is only natural to want to try to avoid them. To stop global warming, it will take a group effort combining the energies of individuals and governments alike.

One of the biggest issues we are facing is Global Warming. Its effect on animals and on agriculture can be seen clearly. The effects are indeed frightening and human population is becoming scarier. The facts related to Global warning are often debated by media. If we disagree about the causes of global warming, the effects it is producing are global, real and measurable. The planet is warming from North Pole to South Pole and in between the mercury is already up. These are the signs we are facing right now. The deadliest effects of it are due to animals and insects. Spread of diseases is the most dangerous effect of it. As due to increase in warm of northern countries, disease carrying insects migrate north bring plaque and disease with them. Some OF the diseases are not fully eradicated thanks to Global warming. Second effect is hurricanes. Due to rise in temperature of oceans probability of increase in hurricanes occurs. In 2004 and 2005 we saw the stronger and frequent hurricanes. Global warming effect on environment may be physical, social, economic, or ecological. Its effect on climate is rise in earth’s temperature, rise in sea level and decreased snow cover. With increase in temperature ice is melting worldwide and increasing the sea level. Due to this the butterflies, foxes and alpine plants are moving towards the higher cooler areas. Warming caused by greenhouse gases and carbon emission from cars, leaving computer, light and radio turning on overnight has adverse effect on environment. The Earth’s average temperature for each year of the last decade has been in the top 25 high temperatures of all time. Indeed, 1998 and 2005 the warmest year in the history of the Earth. The planet is getting warmer every day, and only because the change is gradual, we cannot ignore the fact that we are vulnerable to the threat of global warming. The consequences of global warming on Earth are legion. Body of the planet is threatened by the dangers of global warming, effects of global warming on Earth are many, and understand the global effects of the disasters on Earth; we must understand the consequences of it on environment. This increase in temperature results in increase in droughts. Among all countries, Africa faced it worse of it. Water is already a scarce commodity in Africa and warming made it more difficult for Africans to survive. Rising temperatures will lead to negative effects on weather also. Some where there will be more rain fall and some where drought. One of the worst effects of global warming on Earth is the melting of the ice cover lasting and permanent planet. There are thousands of glaciers around the world, which is an important source of fresh water. And the other effect is increase in floods. Flooding represents one of the most dangerous hazards to human settlements and one of the most potentially momentous impacts of Global warming. Another frightening effect is wildfire, as due to excess of heat trees and plants become hotter and sometimes even catches fire. Most of the effects of anthropogenic effects of it won’t be good and this will cause a great damage to economic of a country. It will lead to have negative effects on whole environment. We have to take some effective steps to control the cause of these effects on environment. Otherwise it will be boon to the whole environment. To stop this disastrous natural curse we have to take initiative by doing simple things in our daily life.

We have to understand the causes of it and try to find out the reasons behind it and have to start working on it as soon as possible. So, the country will not face physical, biological and economic loss in future.

To earn a living, scientists or engineers must obtain funding for their projects. To get this funding, they are forced to become marketers and try to sell their ideas to their potential benefactors.

One good excuse for obtaining funding is to claim that at some future time a tragedy will befall the human race if something isn’t done about it now. As long as there is enough data being created to signal impending doom, the influx of funds will continue to the ones performing the research.

Impending doom is good for the media too. Reporters have a lot to talk about; the more they scare the public, the more attention the public gives the media networks, and the more advertising dollars they get.

Politicians have to get involved too. The more laws they pass to save the world, the more the media-conditioned masses applaud their efforts and insure their reelection.

Let’s look at what the media said would be a major tragedy, and how tens of billions of dollars were spent to avert it. The disaster never happened and lot of the money spent was wasted. This event should still be fresh in all but the youngest memories. It was labeled “Y2K” and ended just over seven years ago.

It came about because early mainframe computers were programmed using two digits to store the year instead of four. Thus “98″ meant 1998 and “95″ meant 1995. The older software would not know how to interpret “00″; it could mean 1900 or 2000. It was believed that some financial systems could crash if this problem was not corrected by the time the clock hit midnight bringing in the year 2000.

Many banks and financial institutions were aware of the problem and had it fixed or upgraded their software long before the end of the century.

With the help of the news media, “Y2K” turned into a serious business during the last decade of the twentieth century. Experts were often seen appearing on TV warning about the horrible things that would happen if every computerized device was not made “Y2K” compatible.

“Y2K” even made it to the movies. In the popular movie “Office Space” the main character, Peter Gibbons, was a “Y2K” engineer. “Y2K: The Movie” was a made-for-television movie released in late 1999 that depicted all the possible horrors that could occur because of “Y2K.”

In 1999, I was working for the Chicago branch of a Technical College as a systems administrator. This college had over eighty branches throughout the U.S. and each branch got its policy from corporate headquarters. I was in charge of maintaining over 300 computers, the majority of which were used as student laboratory computers.

It was early in 1999, when the corporate directive came. All computers in school had to be made “Y2K” compatible. I tried to explain to the school director that it makes no sense to upgrade student lab computers, since they are not used in production and most of the PC software that the students run already recognized the year 2000. The experts have told them that the ROMs (Read Only Memories) had to be upgraded.

On the newer computers I was able to download a ROM update and flash the ROMs. On older computers the ROM chips had to be physically changed. We had to get “Y2K” engineers to come and change the chips. This service cost thousands of dollars. What really irritated me, was that requests for things the students or instructors really needed were always denied, instead the corporate idiots spent their money on useless upgrades. Undoubtedly, they must have made all their eighty schools “Y2K” compatible.

As 1999 drew to a close, rumors of impending doom became more prevalent. The media kept emphasizing the possibility of riots. People were buying bottled water, wood stoves, and other survival gear, expecting the worse.

Then the new century rolled in, and nothing happened. It is estimated that 300 billion dollars were spent trying to make everything “Y2K” compatible. I would guess that only a small fraction of the total expenditure was really necessary.

I also have a consulting business, and none of computers I own were made “Y2K” compatible nor did I recommend that my clients make any “Y2K” upgrades. I have never seen a “Y2K” problem, nor has any client reported one.

Now let’s look at the present. In 2006 the former vice president and ex presidential candidate Al Gore released a documentary called “The Inconvenient Truth.” This documentary discusses a phenomenon called global warming. According to the film scientists are saying that the earth’s temperature is rising because of man’s carbon dioxide emissions. This rise in temperature can have cataclysmic effects on our world.

The film received an Academy Award for best documentary. This revived Gore’s career as a politician.

Experts are popping up throughout the world saying something must be done to avert disaster. The media has already assumed that most scientists agree that global warming is a reality and that we can expect dire consequences if we do not act.

Thus the new “Y2K” is born. This one can last more than ten years as long as the experts keep feeding the frenzy. Global Warming has now become a big business. As long as favorable data keeps being generated, the research keeps being funded and the media happily passes it on to the public.

The politicians are there to pass all the laws needed, no matter how ridiculous, to save the planet from impending doom. They can expect more votes from masses who have been thoroughly indoctrinated about the horrors of global warming from media propaganda.

Some scientists do not agree with the findings of the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), the United Nations group pushing global warming. They concur that currently the earth’s surface temperature is warming. However, they contend that solar activity data correlates much closer to the increase of the earth’s surface temperature than man’s carbon dioxide emissions. They also say that the computer models used to predict future disasters are based on incomplete data and can’t accurately foretell upcoming events.

I’ve seen the movie “The Inconvenient Truth.” Gore tries to illustrate his point by using a standard IPCC hockey stick curve, that many critics dispute. The majority of the movie gives examples of the bad things that are happening supposedly because of global warming. But if the major premise is wrong, then his examples of extreme weather are just events based on the unpredictability of climate change. The film feels like it’s more emotional than factual. It’s seems entertaining enough as a documentary to deserve the academy award.

The opposition has several films out. The best one can be seen on Google video. It is called The Great Global Warming Swindle (1hr 14min). This film is much more informative than Gore’s documentary, since it gives a thorough and very convincing explanation of why global warming opponent scientists believe that atmospheric carbon dioxide levels do not influence climate change.

Global warming is being marketed pretty much like “Y2K” was in the late nineties. Even Hollywood is capitalizing on it. The opening lines of the movie “AI: Artificial Intelligence (2001)” predict the melting of polar ice caps due to greenhouse gases and the flooding of cities like New York. More recently, “The Day After Tomorrow (2004)” predicted massive climate change because of unabated global warming.

I think that the scientists who oppose global warming present a much better case than the ones for it. But because global warming is “politically correct” these days, the opposition is largely ignored or accused of being paid by oil companies in order to sabotage the “inconvenient truth.”

Manmade chemicals are proven to be the major cause of global climate change as such cause increased atmospheric temperature which can lead to unfavorable water patterns, growth patterns, and weather. Unfortunately, man cannot do away with such chemicals that easily as these are needed in producing and refrigerating goods, and in making lives easier.

As such, the U.S. and international governments are establishing regulations to limit the usage of manmade chemical substances that deplete the ozone layer, have a high global warming potential, or increase the fugitive emissions related to Greenhouse Gases (GHGs).

Refrigerant gas used to run commercial refrigeration units, as well as air-conditioning systems and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, is a chief cause of climate change because it is made up of hydrochlorofluorocarbons and chlorofluorocarbons. These gases contribute to global warming and also deteriorate the ozone layer. Because of the great harm refrigerant gas can cause to the Earth, the United States and many international countries are phasing out its usage, with complete removal by 2015.

Climate change is largely caused by fossil fuels as these release greenhouse gases in the air which heats up the atmosphere. Natural gas, oil and coal used to operate vehicles and generate electricity emit high levels of carbon dioxide, identified as a chief contributor to global warming. Fossil fuels also produce carbon monoxide, methane emissions, nitrous oxide and nitrogen oxides, all substances that impact air quality and global warming.

Scientists have found that methane is a significant cause of climate change. This greenhouse gas is discharged by cows, pigs, horses, sheep and other domesticated animals. Methane gas is also discharged from garbage in landfills, fertilizers, oil drilling and coal mining. In addition, when a gas leak occurs, a high volume of the dangerous chemical is discharged at one time.

Climate change is largely caused by the destruction of the ozone layer. It occurs from things we use every day. Commercial refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems all contain harmful gases that continue to destroy the ozone layer. Damaging gases used in the operation of refrigeration and cooling equipment include hydrochlorofluorocarbons, chlorofluorocarbons, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, hydroxyl, nitric oxide and atomic chlorine.

Several factors are identified to be the cause of climate change. Such include animal agriculture, land use, deforestation, cement manufacturing and aerosols. These areas are being studied to identify measures that would limit their impact on global warming.

Many types of pollutants are a cause of climate change. Common pollutants are carbon dioxide, methane, black carbon and nitrous oxide. As these chemical pollutants increase, the ozone layer gets depleted, which results to global warming. Experts signify the need to address global warming, otherwise, planet earth will be totally destroyed.

Simply put, too much heat stored in the atmosphere is the cause of climate change. The amount of greenhouse gases in the air contributes to atmospheric heat. Increased heat on lands, oceans, and the atmosphere has changed the Earth’s climate. As a result, human, animal, plant and marine life will be severely impacted.

Article by Harji Realtors

Being a poor man or woman does not mean that you cannot reduce global warming. It is not something that cannot be dealt with as all it requires is a bit of effort and a fair amount of dedication.

Each and every day a poor man or woman strives hard to earn a meager amount of money to return back home with a bit of satisfaction and at this point of time to expect from him to do efforts that

could reduce global warming is not apt. Being rich, you can do lots and you should do.

This condition is already disrupting the lives of many and majority of its effects can be seen on the weather around us. At present whatever is happening is a mere glimpse of the devastating

efforts of global warming as these effects are going to worsen in the coming generations.

What can a poor man or woman do to reduce Global Warming?

Poor people are most exposed to the weather changes as they don’t have enough chunks to buy an Air conditioner or a Cooler. There are some simple things that can be done by a poor man or woman in

the process of reducing the effects of global warming. Lets us check what can you do to reduce this even if you don’t have enough money in your pockets:

• Try To Get Educated: Education about global warming can play a vital role in your efforts of reducing the ill effects. The more facts and figures that you know about this, the more serious

efforts you can direct towards the direction of global warming. You can make use of the energy efficient techniques in your daily behavior such as recycling, utilization of solar power and many

more. You need to keep in mind that your single serious effort could turn out to be a building block in the entire effort cycle that wants to attain reduction in the level of such weather condition

all over. Always remember that as it is your responsibility towards your family to earn them bread and butter, it is your responsibility towards the society to educate yourself and others about the

basis concepts of global warming and what efforts could lead to its reduction.

• Try To Make Use Of Recycled Paper: Making use of recycled paper, not only reduces the chances of excessive heat generation, but you can also make some money as many NGO’s offer money to those who

provide the paper used by them for the purpose of recycling. Try to recycle your paper only when the same has been used up completely.

• Buy Locally Made and Locally Grown Products: Buying of locally made and locally grown products saves you a fair amount of money and besides this it helps in the reduction of the amount of

artificially grown things that contain harmful chemicals that increase the ill effects such as increase in the land temperature and also plays a vital role in reducing the environmental effects of

global warming.

• Please count your consumption of carbon: Keeping track of the consumption of carbon does not require much money and resources. There are many companies that count the carbon consumption of an

individual voluntarily without charging even a single penny. You can try to buy the products which have footprint number which is carbon counted and there are many rewards for those who take a

serious step towards counting their carbon consumption.

• Support Those Who Produce Renewable Energy: If you are a poor man or woman you might not be able to provide any kind of monetary help for reducing global warming, but if you stand by those and

use the products produced by the means of renewable energy, you can definitely do a great thing for the reduction of global warming.

• Grow fast growing plants: Growing of plants does not require much money and it makes the environment around you a lot better and inhabitable. You can put plants such as bamboo as they do not

require any chemicals for their growth and don’t require much care also.

• Use Public Transportation: If you are making use of public transportation, you are doing a great thing for the reduction of the population and the number of emissions that have a great impact as

far as this condition is concerned. You can take a bus, a train or a subway to travel from one destination to another as this would also lessen the stress of the long road commuters who are
